    FWIW I noticed my only dose that had the burn/indigestion issues was when I took it and laid down shortly thereafter - I am timing doses to take them when I will be up and walking around soon after, seems to help me.

    Barely a few weeks in but I am definitely noticing the body temp increase, and that's taking it at half recommended dose at 240 lbs. Will be interested to see how this goes as I am currently shooting for a half pound a week surplus.
