    Anytime! It really comes down to preference and whether or not you already like berberine. I have blood sugar problems that run in my family and love using berberine, but my stomach gets upset from using high doses of it. So this is where the dihydroberberine works its magic and why I love it.

    I never take phenibut more than twice a week and I also make sure there is atleast 3 days in between each use. The effectiveness wears easily with frequent use and not to mention you can become very dependent on it. Otherwise, its awesome when used correctly!

    Look in to EpiChao by Apex Alchemy. Its a TD Epicatechin product. I used it for about 45-50 days and the pumps were great throughout the entire run.
