    BPC 157/TB 500 for ankle.

Have you tried subq? A lot of the hormone treatment specialists are using daily subq now. Saying it's shown to keep blood levels stable as well as IM and is less scarring. I don't know personally anyone who's tried it on cycle though.

    BPC 157/TB 500 for ankle.

Around two decades ago a guy posted on this board about his first pin was horribly painful, found out he pinned his calf cause it was easy to reach. It became a dare to pin your calves after that eventually it was like a rite of passage then it expanded to pinning every odd muscle...traps, pecs...

    BPC 157/TB 500 for ankle.

its actually quite safe to inject in the ankle just stay to the outside of the achilles tons of youtube vids on it Rupturing a tendon from a slin needle is pretty hard to do also, you'll get plenty of warning if you come to close to one...might hurt though.

    Ultimate Natty Stack

Suppress-C is one of my favorites I think it really helps during any time of stress. It also seems to help control my blood glucose (type1 diabetic here). There are some supps out there that could be helpful but it's nuanced per individual. On those cases it comes down to cost vs reward...

    Ultimate Natty Stack

Honestly I stay with tried and true: Creatine, Protein, Caffeine, good multivitamin blend. If I'm cutting hard I'll add in something like 7keto or suppress-C but that is only late in the cut trying to get down under 11% Most supplements just don't stand up to scrutiny, on paper and on some...

Do you want to see SNS offer a protein? Tell us what you want.

Probably demand. Companies are hyping the heck out of protein and putting whey or rice protein in everything. oatmeal, ice cream, cereal, even starbucks has a high protein version latte.

    f* im here now

Cables are awesome! I got a delt routine solely on cables and it burns so good. I think one of the goals in the older age ranges is to be able to workout the next day... injuries take much longer to heal.

    f* im here now

Turned 54 a little over a month ago and i have to say it feels weird being the same age as old people. :) Seriously though great outlook on life you posted and here's to many more years of anabolic minds

    Diet help

As stated there are some good apps out there that can help. Or if you eat pretty much the same thing every day, like me, you can chart it out on excel or another spreadsheet app. You can use calorieking.com to get calorie counts for most everything out there and also look at the labels for any...

    Mix it or stay consistant?

Sounds like your following the old Weider philosophy of muscle confusion and that doesn't really work. You need to focus on progressive overload. This doesn't mean train to all out failure on every set then try to outdo it next workout although that is progressive overload it will probably...

    trt/ hrt/ CRUISIN poll

what do you do on cycle with Test? Increase it slightly or a lot or dose dependent on the other anabolics? was looking at a full HRT with cycling a lighter anabolic like Primo or Mast, the e2 suppression of those would probably allow a higher Test dose during that time but wondering if that...

    M37 Recomp peds

All good stuff I'd drop the HMB though as long as your protein intake is adequate HMB is unnecessary and that money could go to something better. As long as the rest of your nutrition is good, enough fat and cholesterol, a test booster probably won't do much. Cortisol blockers can be very...

    M37 Recomp peds

You looking for PEDs or just any type of supplement? I've had decent results from a transdermal stack of Suppress C and FL7, I was having some serious stress going on at the time and those helped with blunting cortisol. Reduce XT is good too and is taken orally so may be a better option if...

Did these today. Couldn't put too much into it because my low back is still healing but dang I felt it from my calves all the way to mid back. I think even my rhomboids got some activation. Thanks for the throwing this exercise out there! Very helpful

    Phentermine - your experience?

The problem with most weight loss drugs is the cravings come back after stopping use, sometimes they come back worse. Also, the stimulant based compounds are starting to fall out of favor due to so many other options out there such as the GLPs, e.g. tirzepatide or retatrutide. Even the...

Hammys how do you train em

Lying leg curls and RDLs were my go to but the RDLs are falling in to the too high risk over reward category. Degeneration in my lower three discs have narrowed my window of error to almost nil and although I love RDLs they are starting to conflict with the goal of making sure I can return to...
