I was using the terminology from the OP's title "5-AT, 7-OH, 7-Keto, 11-oxo, and other..." . Honestly not certain about which compounds. Just looking for advice for which is best cutter and cortisol management - and best source to find them. I knew Apex would be on that list...
I will check out...
Black coffee , green tea , Ephedra and L- Carnitine instead IMO
smack that before 30 mins fasted cardio 5+ days a week with a 200-600 cal deficit daily and you'll lean out quicker than some prop blend
PS I hate yohimbine
Bumping this thread.
My training partner is in prep for a show and struggling with high cortisol and needs to continue to lean/dry out, and wants to implement one of these... Suppression isn't a concern alongside tren and the kitchen sink lol, and he's definitely not worried about anti...
If you aren't overweight, I'd start .25 or .5 so you have some room to dose up and the bottle lasts you a while. Some people also suggest a taper off. I just completed the same with great results starting at .25 for the first 3 weeks and slowly tapering up.
Do not chase the hunger suppression...
Thanks guys! Did these stretches, self tortured with a theracane and theragun and adjusted my sleeping position with a bigger pillow last night. Also been pinning BPC for good measure. As much as I like Arachiodonic Acid, I might have to retire that supp - as it does really seem to trigger...
Welp I guess I'm at that age, I hurt myself sleeping more often than in the gym. Woke up this morning with a sore left shoulder. It hurts to reach forward or up- so much so that driving to the office, putting on a shirt, morning routine was difficult. Feels tight in left trap, tricep and rear...
Yes
Dumbell press is hard on your shoulder and wrist. It's especially dangerous in the set-up and dismount as the weights get heavier. Avoid altogether or lower weight for now and stick with bar military press. If lateral raises don't hurt master their technique and use them to pre exhaust...
@Hyde and @botk1161 have the right idea. Focus on the injury first. It takes time and yes there will be an imbalance as a result. I am a fan of BPC157 though, and think it is most effective as soon as possible when you have an injury. I would run your 7 weeks of that alongside your recovery...
PAXT is a Phosphatidic Acid supplement that stimulates mTor and protein synthesis.
L-Carnitine helps mobilize fat for energy and increases androgen receptors. All day energy cognitive and physical, slight increase in testosterone, and superior to oral without the potential sides. From a...
Definitely try a Phosphatidic Acid soup like PA XT ... I always notice a slight boost in my physique, fullness and pumps when I add it in, and the science backs it up:
"Anytime you start looking at new supplements, you can actually use muscle cells, grow them in a lab, and give them the...
How has nobody recommended Minestrone! :sneaky:
You're going to love Peptiplex or Peptibolic if you have inflammation issues. I agree with Basis, and Alpha One, Uro B, also maybe check out ecdyplex or epichaos and PAXT. Iconogenin if you have cortisol or stress issues. Glycine at night...
I also apologize for derailing the thread but - I agree and you're a much better coach than most for this method. I'm going to steal the green tea trick for myself too. Especially when I taper off my last month. Also agree with the take on fiber (especially fiber supplements). It doesn't help...
Honestly I think it's both. The higher doses seem to come with more lethargy even if the cals stay consistent so it's probably a side effect. It's messing with blood sugar, sleep, digestion, increased HR and mental drive (via the rewards system/dopamine) so these can all show up as tiredness...
