I’ve always been able to fall asleep extremely fast so there was much room for it to improve for me lol The other thing I’ve also noticed with sleep is it helps me stay asleep and wake less throughout the night to pee- Oconns28

Invalid Link Removed Grabbed these 3 on sale. I like the alpha lion pre, this is just trying a new flavour out.
