Yes this is perfect 👍
I've done bloodwork on both oral DHEA and topical DHEA. I've also done bloods using HCG also.
The topical never raised my estrogen as much as oral. They had different effects though? For me oral felt a little better. I'm always low on estrogen so I suspect it's the extra...
I'm also on 150mg 50mg x3 a week. Sits my test at around 1100. My e2 is always a b*tch though. My last test it was at 20ng/l. The ratio definitely needs improved. Would rather prefer it in the 30-40 range. Not sure why it won't budge tbh. Don't use anything that's an aromatase inhibitor. I did...
You sound very similar to me.
I've managed to get my anxiety to acceptable levels just from diet and exercise. In my younger years I tried the pharmaceutical route. SSRI's and Beta Blockers and Diazepam. Even though these help they don't fix anything. The SSRI absolutely destroyed 2 years of...
I think in the UK we don't use iodized salt. I've checked all the company's and they never seem to use iodized. Not sure why tbh?
Also table salt in the UK is trash. They add fillers and Preservatives to it. Even high end salt is relatively cheap so I don't mind spending an extra few pounds.

Hey 👍
I actually have that exact product. I haven't used it for a while. I might add it back in and take note on my appearance. I never thought about pregnenolone tbh.
What are you dosing?
I actually think being on TRT ages you due to down regulation of these neuro steroids. I done...
What's everyone using these days?
I'm 40 next year and I definitely see the damage over the years creeping in. Luckily I don't have any serious cracks on the face just yet. I wish I started a skin care routine many years ago.
Over the years I've tried loads of different skincare products...
I'm in the UK and my doctor is also refusing an MRI. He says.. I'm sure it's just a nicked nerve. Apply cold to it and take anti inflammatorys. I said. I couldn't walk for 10 days surely a 'Nicked' nerve wouldn't give excruciating pain like that? He just said. At times it can.
Mines is 100%...
Hey 👍
This sounds exactly like me. My left tricep strength is very weak. I actually did a test doing a one armed cable tricep push down. The weight I was doing prior with this exercise has dropped by about 50-70% so it's a major strength loss. I can still do a couple push ups. I haven't lifted...
What's your trt protocol? I personally use 120mg a week split over 3 injections. 40mg Mon/Wed/Sat. I have bumped it to 150mg for a few weeks to see if I could raise my e2. So far it's not helping. I even tried some low dose dbol for estradiol but it kept making me feel like mould. A couple...
Hey man 👍
Are you suffering e2 bloat? Have you ever checked your bloods to see what your estrogen is up to?
I don't use DIM etc anymore. Last year I took a couple doses of aromasin (I'm on TRT) and not sure why but.... My body is now refusing to convert my test to estradiol properly. My e2...
Celtic sea salt has been nice
Yeh I'm exactly the same. I feel alot better overall when my sodium is high. I also notice that my hunger signals are almost non existent. I do also balance out the potassium aspect using potassium chloride (Lo salt) and plenty of fruit/veg
Are you sensitive to lactose? The likes of whey and casein can be rough on alot of people's stomachs.
I digest lactose ok but I still buy lactose free products. Just seem to sit alot better in my system ie the deadly protein farts.
Amino acids are amino acids tbh. The body will use them all the exact same.
40g is a great dose. Anytime I use a protein like whey etc I will take enough to hit that 2.5 - 3g of leucine content to get that mps spike out of it.
Nice 👍
Are you picky with types of salt? Ie using a Celtic sea salt or pink himalayan over a table salt?
I know people rant about mineral content but honestly it's negligible across brands/types but I still buy a higher quality.
Yeh I personally believe that it's got a bad rep as alot of people connect salt to processed foods.
I think that a high quality sea salt is good for you. I eat alot of salt but also my potassium intake is pretty high.
If your blood pressure is high then I can maybe understand limiting intake...
What's everyone's thoughts on consuming salt?
It seems to have been vilified by some people and the health service and others say it's so overblown.
I personally love salt. I use probably around 5-6 grams of actual sodium a day. About 15g of salt. I always feel much better when my sodium...
