Might have to switch up my Sunday Monday routine, normally I do deads Sunday but I have doms like a son of a b****. Took a 20 minute long ice bath last night and it dropped the swelling a little but still kills to go below parallel.
Haven't gotten my shred xt in the mail yet hopefully it will...
Today's one of my rest days I train Sunday - Wednesday/ Thursday 4 day split. Got all my food together for work now and heading in. I ate the majority of my calories for breakfast because Friday's one of our busiest days out of the week. So I slammed a eight egg omelet with 8 oz chicken whole...
Been cutting the last 2 months and have gotten down to 234 from 260. Weight loss is slowing now so want something to help boost my progress. Was tooling around the web and found shred xt for 9 bucks so I snagged 3 bottles. So I'm gonna as that to my supplement list along with 3 days of cardio a...
If it's just your feet it could be your wear to small of shoes, i had major foot issues about 2 years ago to the point were I almost couldn't walk when I woke up in the morning. Tried everything from rolling ball on my foot to chiropractor. None of it helped then finally I went to get a new pair...
Why do people say this, America is not the most obese country in the world Nararu and Mexico are far more worse off then we are with around 70% of there population being overweight/obese. Many European countries and even Australia and New Zealand are only between 5-10% less fat then America...
The guy couldn't even set his own hands in place to grab the bar that vest was so tight.
By what I have read even European power lifters think American powerlifting is a joke. Most rely to heavily on support equipment. My personnel belief is you shouldn't even be using a belt till you start...
This article fails to acknowledge something, no ones even really trying to eat less and exercise more.
But I do agree with the over all theme of the article, people are so misinformed it's not even funny, case in point my own wife. She believes things like fruit juice and cereal are actually...
Last set of explosive deads just now, 5 reps ripped ass LOUD for ever rep. Didn't flinch once, I also ate about 300 grams protein today half from eggs and 3 cups Broco.
You could always do a prison pill, take a tab of TP put the powder in the middle and wrap it up. Works pretty well. I just swig it with as little amount of water as possible myself.
The problem with the writers theory is that the first group wasn't actually getting enough calories. Yes they gained 6-8 pounds of muscle but by losing the 2 pounds of fat that shows they were still in a calorie deficit and they eventually wouldn't be able to keep up with the demanding training...
He's not writing it off, he's just saying there's far more effective ways to get in cardiovascular work then jogging. Doing 10-20 sets of all out 30 second sprints is definitely not easy and it's definitely not writing off cardio.
The funny thing is most of the sports you just named, consist mainly of short durations of sprinting, even in basketball a lot of the time you see players walking then performing a short 10-15 second sprint. How is the article biased? Do you have any articles to back up your claim???
Thanks man,
I was looking all over YouTube for a Clint Darden Video yesterday couldn't find it anywhere.
I agree with everything you are saying, thanks for the help.
I was wondering if anyone had a good YouTube clip for good morning form. I just recently started performing low bar squats and I love them, my wrist feel ten times better now. So I tried performing good mornings in the same fashion but the bar was digging in so much that I couldn't focus because...
So you look better then everyone, but you can't pick up your own couch to move it cause your grip/forearms are to weak.
Nice profile pick, why don't you change it to a pick of your legs, or calfs for that matter. Lol
