Shred xt cause its 8.97 log!!!

Been cutting the last 2 months and have gotten down to 234 from 260. Weight loss is slowing now so want something to help boost my progress. Was tooling around the web and found shred xt for 9 bucks so I snagged 3 bottles. So I'm gonna as that to my supplement list along with 3 days of cardio a week.

I boosted my calories a little this past week also because I've been getting really tired by mid week and haven't been able to make it to the gym.

My current macros are.

Calories: 2700
Protein: 205
Carbs: 137
Fats: 152

I'm using a 5,3,1 training style for my routine. I know it's not really designed for a weight lose routine but I really like 5,3,1.

For cardio I'm going to be doing hill sprints, and car pushes 3 days a week.

I've been doing weekly weigh ins on Tuesdays, and one cheat meal a week Sunday night. The rest of the week I try to eat very clean.
 
Today's one of my rest days I train Sunday - Wednesday/ Thursday 4 day split. Got all my food together for work now and heading in. I ate the majority of my calories for breakfast because Friday's one of our busiest days out of the week. So I slammed a eight egg omelet with 8 oz chicken whole bell pepper and onion. Kind of cheated a little today and threw a little cheddar in my omelette. Other then that I'm gonna eat another chicken breast tonight with some Asian long beans (basically giant green beans) and knock back the rest of my smoothie which is where I predominately get my carbs.
 
Might have to switch up my Sunday Monday routine, normally I do deads Sunday but I have doms like a son of a b****. Took a 20 minute long ice bath last night and it dropped the swelling a little but still kills to go below parallel.

Haven't gotten my shred xt in the mail yet hopefully it will be here by Tuesday/ Wednesday.

Been doing really good on my diet all things considered, I'm the chef at a bbq so it's really hard to resist the meat. I have no problem with the sides, but I do love ribs. Last night I replace my night meal of a chicken breast with a quarter slab of ribs so calories were still on point.

Interested to see how weigh in goes Tuesday since I added about 300 calories to my diet.
 
Self control for sides is fine, Mac n cheese I can take or leave. But our smoked meats are amazing. My favorite is to eat the bark off a pork butt right out of the smoker moist and fatty as hell.

Today is training day, gonna suck it up and do deads. My doms is almost completely gone so should be alright. Going to do another ice bath after training to try and keep soreness down. I stopped training for about 2 months because of a shoulder strain, it hurt really bad to bench and to lift my arm forward. It was around Christmas so decided to just focus on family for the holidays. Got back into yoga and started qi gong and decided to lose some weight. I'm tired of being 275 just really hard on the body my goal is to get down to a minimum of 200. I've lost a lot of strength with this weight loss , but I feel it's worth it in the long run. Hopefully I can get back to my old numbers by the end of the year.

This daylight savings time is bs only got 5 hours of sleep in last night. Plus still have a little cold which got so bad with coughing that it made me throw up my alphamine this morning so had to take another serving. But not that big of a deal it actually tastes pretty good.

My calories have all been within if not a little under my goal all week so I'm really happy about that. Tonight's my cheat meal, been going to qudoba for that the last few weeks. It's a pretty clean cheat meal to me but it really helps to curb the cravings. I really want a crunch wrap bad, actually been fantasizing about them a lot lately but I'm trying to kick my last great fast food vice. I don't know what it is about Taco Bell at midnight but it just tastes so good. But I always get what me and my wife call a tb hangover then next day, I just feel groggy and crappy all morning.

I've eaten one of these every day the last three days. Eight egg omelet with 8 oz chicken. I hate stuffing all my macros in one meal but once I get busy at work I have no time to eat.
 
My shred xt came in today!!! Took to of them on empty stomach like suggested to test tolerance and really didn't notice much so gonna pop it up to three tomorrow.

Got to the gym last night but had to hold back a bit cause I was really worried about my legs cramping. Didn't get to do cardio though, grandparents wanted to meet up and give me an early birthday present. So I'm going to do it tonight. Yesterday for my cheat meal it kind of got bad had two pieces of pizza which was fine but then later last night my wife brought up Taco Bell and like I said I have been really tempted. Ended up throwing down a crunch wrap and half a case of tacos. Going to alter today's calories to make up for it though.

Did my weight in today and I'm up 2.5 pound at 237 which isn't a huge deal considering I raised my calories a little by adding more protein into my diet and I started taking creatine last week. So most of the weight gain is probably due to water weight.

Yesterday I got my shred xt in the mail and started to take it. I like it a lot so far. I'm not getting any jitters and I'm on a full 4 pills today. The only side effect I've gotten so far is I feel pretty anxious I just feel like I want to do something or I need to be doing something. Which really isn't a bad thing.

Yesterday's training went pretty well had a good energy. After my routine I went and did some hill sprint, got 5 sets in and felt great. being this light is very nice normally after that I would be heaving. I plan on adding a set of two every week until I get up to 20 sets 3 days a week. I'd like to do some car pushing once a week too.

Didn't get into the gym yesterday or today, had some family stuff come up. But it's no big deal I'm just going to go tomorrow and Friday. That's why I like starting my week on Sunday. One because if I get all my training done by Wednesday I have 3 days of rest in a row, and two if I have something come up I've gotten a majority of my routines out of the way so I still have time the rest of the week to go.

I took a full serving of shred xt today and buy am I geeked out. I Don't have the jitters really I'm just super energetic and pumped which is driving me nuts right now cause I would love to be at the gym right now feeling this way.

Been eating popcorn like crazy the last two days, best crave curber in the world if you ask me. Cause you can throw down like 6 cups for less than 200 calories.
 
Had a great training day today and I feel great now. Last week after doing my legs day I felt like crap and all I wanted to do was sleep. This week I did two extra reps on all my deads and went and did hill sprints after my routine and I'm still plowing on. I'll post my routine up tomorrow morning.
 
This weekend was really crazy, basically worked and slept. Diet was a little tuff yesterday I barely got to eat anything, But energy feels good today.

My will power is awesome right now, normally I would be craving stuff like crazy but I'm finding more and more I just don't care for things like sweets anymore.
 
Last few days were really rough didn't make it into the gym Sunday or Monday. I was just to tired and needed to recover from this weekend. I was going to go to the gym yesterday but went to the chiropractor yesterday morning and he beat the crap out of my body. While I was there he did an x-ray of my hips and I found out they're way out of Whack. I'm not surprised because I have had issues with sumo deadlift for a while where I get an extreme pain in my right hip. So going to have to start my week tonight.

Did pretty good this past week, I lost a pound so like I said that initial 3 pound bump up was most likely due to creatine and adding some more protein to my diet. My current weight this week is 235.8 now.

Quads are improving.

Thanks, my legs have always been my biggest body part. Really easy for me to get them big, but that might also be because I enjoy doing legs.
 
Hell yeah!!! My DOMS faze is over with!!! At least for my legs. Woke up this morning and they feel completely normal. Luckily too because I have to do squats tomorrow since I was lazy at the beginning of this week.

This week went pretty well made it in for all my routines, didn't get a chance to do cardio though which sucks. Think I'm going to have to start getting up a little early and do cardio then, it's warming up now so all the snow and ice is gone so I can run outside. I hate running on treadmills just because it's so boring.

Diet has been pretty good all week haven't really been tracking macros all that much but I kind of have my foods memorized now. Right now I'm doing.

8 eggs for breakfast with 1 tbsp olive oil

My shack which consists of
1 scoop whey 24g
5g creatine
1000mg? Acetyl l carnitine
2 grams cissus
1 tsp spurilina
1 tsp probiotic
8 oz leafy greens
2 whole pieces of fruit
Little under a gallon water

Then 1# chicken with 6-8 tbsp oil and a salad which I eat throughout the rest of the day.
 
Been really busy as of late that's why I haven't been able to post. Haven't missed a training session but my diet sure was off the last few days. Was going low carb but ended up crashing do to a lot of stress at work. Also dropped my dose from 4 a day to 2. I was getting great energy in the morning, but by 5-6 pm I was crashing hard and I can't afford that at work. Also I was getting very irritable.

Weigh in sucked this week went from 235.8 to 235.4 didn't get any cardio in last week or this week cause of work and that's probably why. Going to bump up my carbs for now to try and get some more energy.

Been really crazy this week, wife's grandma died so house was full of people. Still made it to the gym every day though and got cardio in. Diet was a little screwed up cause I was making food for everyone all week but I did pretty good.

Will be fully back on track next week.
 
Ok guys time to pull my head out of my a$$ had a pretty bad week last week was really tired. But I'm ready to get back into it. Started up couch to 5k 3 weeks ago and I'm going strong. I want to try and find a marathon in my area so I ca sign up to keep me focused on my goal.
