    Over Training

99.9% of the time there is no way you can overtrain. even professional athletes that train as their job will never overtrain. the body has many things in place to prevent overtraining. one thing is underrecovering. most people experience this as their diet is crap and they do not sleep enough...

    Remedial work/exercises

if you are referencing pre/rehab work then do it every day. the volume and intensity are very low and therefore can have very high frequency.

keep in mind that with increased frequency you will need to lower intensity, volume or both. volume would be what i would lower at least.

    Tips for wider lats?

that is due to the fact that [powerlifting] squats are a hamstring dominant movement. front squats and partial back squats do work the quads more than hamstrings but even then you are splitting hairs. the best quad dominant squat IMO is the belt squat.

    Deadlift Programming

i see a lot of workouts for deads that seem to cover a broad spectrum of volume, intensity, and frequency. i lean towards the once a week for deads but do accessory work for the dead nearly every workout currently. my deadlift day i will either do 6 sets of 1 and try to hit a new PR, or 5,3,2...

Better for Hypertrophy? Low Reps vs. High Reps.

here is a thought. 5 sets of 10, or 10 sets of 5. which is better for hypertrophy? 10 reps is likely done at 70% of a 1RM. say your max is 300 that would make the weight 210. at 50 reps that is 10,500 lbs lifted. 5 reps can be done at 80%. so 240, is the weight. at 50 reps that means you...

Better for Hypertrophy? Low Reps vs. High Reps.

Can the volume come from the total reps per set, total sets per workout, total reps per all sets pee workout, total volume per training cycle whether it be a week or month, etc?

Better for Hypertrophy? Low Reps vs. High Reps.

That is true to a degree. What can muddy the issue is that the same person can react differently to different rep ranges of the span of their lifting career. So IMO what is most important is how long have they been lifting and what have they mainly used in the past.
