working out without weights

I have been lifting weights for around 13 years. I can tell its taking its toll on my joints and ligs. Id like to give the weights a break and do things that do not involve them. Running, Jogging, Sprinting, Bodyweight stuff, etc. Any idea of where i should look to get a worthwhile program? Thanks
 
Look at "Combat Conditioning" by Matt Fury (sp?)
 
Have a look at Ross Enamait's programs. Has some awesome stuff
