Exercises with Broken Ribs

Recently broke 3 ribs so kinda limited on how much weight I can lift and what motions I can do.

Anyone have any suggestions on workouts I can do without hurting my ribs any more?
 
Ouch man. Never had that injury but I imagine everything is going to hurt unless going very light as almost everything involves your core for stabilization. I'm afraid you're gonna have to go through some trial and error. Seated leg extensions, seated dumbbell curls, Elliptical bike maybe.
 
Get some forearms like Frank Mcgrath ;)
