    Straight sets versus ramping weight

From reading a lot on this forum and online, people overthink things wayyy too much. Reddit is the worse, sweet jesus

    I'm a Carnivore

Yeah agreed. Although even chemically assisted I'd say it's difficult. Today did overhead press - 40kg for 13 reps which was equal to last time I did it. ez bar curls - 4 sets of 8 with 5 partials out the bottom each set hammer curls - 3 sets of 10 ez bar preacher curls - 2 sets of 10 with 1...

I wouldn't say that I'm losing fat, I believe it's actually impossible to get bigger and leaner past the beginner stage lol.

    smolov (intense mesocycle)

You have to take it in the full context of the program and your training It was a program designed for a beginner weightlifter to get their squat up to around 180kg so they could start focusing more on the olympic lifts Is this you? If not then another program would be best. It's a lot of...

    Should I bulk or cut?

Just as an aside, please stop doing front delt work. People don't need to do it if they are pressing at any angle and you're always better off using the energy for rear and side delts

    "Diet protocol"

Hi, You're putting way too much thought into this and chances are you won't be able to plan out your fat loss in advance like this. Stick at a single calorie level and if you're not losing 0.5kg that week then reduce calories by 5%. So no need to plan, just reduce calories if and when you need to

IF max single meal carb intake

To build on that, I have never seen real evidence of anyone successfully "recomping" If your body fat set point is low, have at it with your bulk. Cutting the body fat off again is the easy part and I can guarantee you'll look better after a year of serious eating and a few month of hard...

    I'm a Carnivore

Deadlifts today, 165kg for 5 reps. These felt great, it was really easy. Didn't want to push for reps though as I am still having some sort of hip issue on the left side when squatting Single arm low rows - 4 sets Smith machine rows 4 sets with a double drop set on the last Pullovers - 4 sets...

High Prolactin but everything else checks out

The problem is you don't know if it's acute or chronic. Ejaculation drives prolactin up far over the levels posted above yet it's acute and not chronic. A single reading in a blood test isn't enough in the full context of the situation with everything else fine

    Straight sets versus ramping weight

The problem with ramping sets is most people take jumps that are too big so they don't get their volume in The problem with straight sets is that it's boring

    I'm a Carnivore

Man I realised today that building muscle is so damn complicated. However losing fat is so damn simple. It made me realise that I probably shouldn't do a cut any time soon and should just focus on building muscle as long as I can.
