I’m planning on running a 2 month cycle, taking 200mg of Androsterone (from alpha seven) and 3 caps of alpha stano (not sure how much epi-andro that is) each day post-covid to help me get back on track. What should I do for the PCT for it?
Also has anyone tried sublingual androsterone? I just saw an ad for some and I seem to remember hearing someone say that sublinguals and topicals only pass through the liver once whereas orals do two passes and are therefore harsher
Thanks for the feedback boys 👊🏻
what would you guys say the differences between androsterone and 11-keto are? The overviews I’ve found look really similar haha
And if I was to run androsterone with epiandro how should I dose them and what should I do for PCT?

- non-aromatising
- not harsh on the liver
- doesn’t cause lethargy
- doesn’t seem to be too bad...

You could try taking some tryptophan 30 minutes before bed with a ‘sleepy tea’ that has valerian root, oat flower and other helpful stuff in it.
So long as you don’t have clinical long-term insomnia it should do wonders
