I’m a hardcore guy, so I’ll try it! I was already thinking landing on using a few cloves when I cook some beef later. Maybe I’ll just eat cloves while I’m cooking haha.
Some of you guys maybe have heard me mention Kava on here before. I make it and drink it using the “traditional method.” It can be very relaxing and mildly intoxicating. I’m going to test and see if that lowers blood pressure.
I’ll probably try a good four supps or so. I’m gonna start tonight by taking melatonin. I have that on hand and there is evidence it lowers blood pressure. I’ve had some moderate insomnia for three days in a row and that can raise blood pressure. So this should help.
I used to. Now I just walk in the treadmill with the incline all the way up (15%) at about 2.8 to 3.2mph. I’ll do that for anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes five or six days a week and that’s been my routine for a little over a month.
Taking something like that would be more of a last resort for me, and I won’t likely go to last resorts to finish a rad cycle. For a test cycle or something stronger, sure. I’m looking more for something I can pick up at a supp shop tomorrow.
I’m looking at an article with several supplement options for this and I’ve heard just about all of them mentioned here. I need to narrow it down to the top two or three that I can pick up at a supplement store tomorrow so I can start tackling this.
I’m taking fish oil, that’s it. I’ve ran two other sarms cycles and one transdermal testosterone cycle. The last time I had my BP checked before cycle it was somewhere around 130/80.
I’m three weeks into rad, been feeling shitty and attributed that to high BP so I jumped off for two days and planned on quitting. But I realized I needed to know if my BP was truly high (had all the symptoms) so I bought a monitor and continued the regimen today. I only took 10mg and three...
Whenever I used kratom I’d usually start at 15g a day, split into 3 or 4 doses and would eventually hit 25-30g a day split into 5 doses, sometimes more. It’d mentally get a hold of me. Then I’d quit cold turkey and suffer through.
Damn. I’m just a paranoid person most likely. I’m sure my back pain is from training much harder and more frequently than I’m used to. I need to find out exactly where my blood pressure is when I take it. I’m hopping back on and I’ll report back tonight after I take a reading.
@HooliganNoire I do feel pretty dumb for not checking. Now I think I might hop back on for two or three days (that’s enough time to know, rad effects me immediately) and then I’ll report back with some BP readings. If I do that, I’m thinking there is the possibility that it never did get...
I could’ve checked more for sure but it was chronically elevated. 155/95 was the high end of the spectrum but other times it’d be lower but still elevated. I was going to a local rite aid to check. I’m gonna buy my own blood pressure reader today. Should’ve done it a long time ago.
Idk man, I didn’t bother to check. Last cycle I did where I felt like this I checked at least once a week and I was often hitting 155/95. I know that doesn’t seem that crazy to some but it’s enough to effect my heart rate a lot and my breathing. It just makes me uncomfortable in so many ways.
I...
