FACTS FROM THE MONKEY STUDY (rad140)

You're only checkin it once a week? Blood pressure fluctuates during the day and night, After you eat, after you sleep, after a workout, And you can forget about getting a normal reading at the docs office "White coat hypertension" And of course on cycle, I check 3 times a day on cycle, Its that chronic HBP that will ruin you, Got mine under control with carditone even if it spikes above normal, but that's just me..If you are having rapid heart beat and hypertension even in times of relaxation, Screw that then man!
I could’ve checked more for sure but it was chronically elevated. 155/95 was the high end of the spectrum but other times it’d be lower but still elevated. I was going to a local rite aid to check. I’m gonna buy my own blood pressure reader today. Should’ve done it a long time ago.

@HooliganNoire I do feel pretty dumb for not checking. Now I think I might hop back on for two or three days (that’s enough time to know, rad effects me immediately) and then I’ll report back with some BP readings. If I do that, I’m thinking there is the possibility that it never did get excessively high, but instead I’m just hyper sensitive to any increase, and I psyched myself out. I hope that’s the case.

Kidney damage from high blood pressure takes years.
Damn. I’m just a paranoid person most likely. I’m sure my back pain is from training much harder and more frequently than I’m used to. I need to find out exactly where my blood pressure is when I take it. I’m hopping back on and I’ll report back tonight after I take a reading.

Whoops, I fukked up using it the first time. My next two readings were 148/93 and 151/102.

What are your thoughts?

I think your probably psyching yourself out during the test.

Does your gym have a BP machine? How are you taking it?

I bought a $50 digital one today. Supposedly it’s more accurate than a Manuel pump one. I’m gonna test it again.

What I picture in my mind, when I read the title to this thread:
