    Took a 3 cap dose on an empty stomach today, then a meal about 20 minutes later. Was surprised at how stimulated I felt from the amount of caffeine. Also was very happy which was unexpected. Will be experimenting more with dose and timing, etc.

    Ran this combo and my strength went up weekly. Pushed as hard as I could and these straight delivered. I have never increased strength like that when in a natural state.
