    usually 11am. Here's how i've been taking it: 5 days on 2 days off Training days: 3 caps w-jack3d (2 scoops) at least 1hr after a meal, & 30-45min before gym. Then 2 caps before bed. Non-training days: 2 caps 1hr after breakfast, 3 caps before bed.
