I was going to say the same thing, I havent used daa but it has science behind it. I did use sustain after a run of dermacrine and it seemed to work quite well. It helped with libido and well being.
I have been really pondering DAA. Im glad to see a log running it solo. I think my biggest concern is that I have a very sensitive stomach, maybe the half scoop dosing is a good idea.

I totally agree with that. I still think you should start with 100mg's per week then have bloodwork done around 4-6 weeks later. Cant hurt.

I started taking 10,000 iu of D like you recommended, Im also taking my zma before bed. I do think I feel a bit better, Im not tired in the afternoon like I was before. Do I continue the vit-d at this dosage permanently or do I drop it down later on?
