  1. Post-Shoulder Surgery - Still in Pain

What is frustrating is my physical therapy isn't improving my situation and just taking money from my pocket. I need a form of therapy that pushes me in the right direction. I feel like I'm only regressing and not building strength or stability. I'm going for a 2nd opinion tomorrow and will let...
  2. Post-Shoulder Surgery - Still in Pain

It's really a good question. I'm slowly trying to get back into the gym and having pain with pushing exercises like bench press, military press. Bicep curl exercises cause some pain but no one is giving me an answer of what I need to do.
  3. Post-Shoulder Surgery - Still in Pain

Problem I'm having now is upper bicep pain and is as painful as my AC Joint area in my right shoulder. I'm going to get another opinion as the physical therapy I'm doing isn't helping hardly at all anymore. I've been doing PT now for over 7 weeks.
  4. Post-Shoulder Surgery - Still in Pain

Appreciate the advice on neutral grip. I'm not going for barbell exercises until I'm completely healed. Dumbbell exercises seem to be the best for my shoulder right now but low weight, 10-12 rep range. Other advice I wanted to share, after speaking with a trainer at my gym I mentioned to him...
  5. Post-Shoulder Surgery - Still in Pain

Well good news. Tonight was back night and lat pulldowns used to be a problem for me with my AC joint. No pain whatsoever on lat pulldowns or hardly any of the back exercises. My problem seems to be pushing and not pulling of the joint.
  6. Post-Shoulder Surgery - Still in Pain

Appreciate the responses from you guys. I'm more frustrated at my doctor's nonchalant comment about this type of AC joint procedure. Pretty much telling me after 7-8 weeks most people are back lifting weights again. Based on what I see from YouTube channels and others who have had the procedure...
  7. Upcoming Distal Clavicle Resection (Right Shoulder)

Unfortunately no I'm not lifting just yet. I'm having a lot of tenderness still at my AC Joint and causing spasming along my upper trap muscles. I really hope it's not some sort of nerve damage from the surgery but I have heard it can take upwards of 6 months to a year before the AC Joint...
  8. TRT - 10ml Vials No Longer Made?

I'm very curious about why 10ml vials of Testosterone Cypionate and Enanthate are no longer available in the United States. Now all that seems to be manufactured is 1ml vials of 100mg or 200mg. What sucks is keeping a bunch of 1ml vials around for a 90 day supply from Express Scripts. Is someone...
  9. OL PH Cycle Recommendation (Clean Bulk)

The1/Dplex is similar to running proviron on an AAS cycle. Good strength gains, great increase in sex drive, leans you out with DHT, and very minimal sides.
  10. Upcoming Distal Clavicle Resection (Right Shoulder)

Update: I had the surgery yesterday and the only issue found was bone spurs and arthritis at the AC joint. 1cm of clavicle bone was shaved off and had a nerve block. Once the nerve block wore off the pain is seriously intense. Back surgery wasn't this bad. Taking tramadol and a muscle relaxer...
  11. Yohimbine and Itching

Have not tried that form of l carnitine. Does it give you the warming and sweat effects like Yohimbine?
  12. Trying PT141 with Nympho Wife

Just for helping women out, PT141 is now in a FDA approved medication called vyleesi so one can ask their OB/GYN to get that prescribed and not rely on peptide suppliers if that’s not your thing.
  13. Trying PT141 with Nympho Wife

From what I’ve heard the nasal spray doesn’t seem effective but Tony Huge seems to like it for his girls at 3-4mg dosing. Anyone have nausea issues with it and an antihistamine seemed to work well to combat it? Definitely don’t want to get into a priapism effect so I’m not going to exceed 2mg at...
  14. BPC157 decreases blood sugar

Awesome man, it’s sad because I saw an awesome study on small cell lung cancer where SR9009 had the ability to kill chemoresistant cells in patients. Funny enough I work for a big pharma company. The push right now is with cell and gene therapy. Super expensive but absolutely ground breaking if...
  15. BPC157 decreases blood sugar

Oh absolutely MAresearch gets it done. Due to the half life I do need to pin 3x/day but don’t mind it at all with a slim pin. More doctors need to research this drug as I suffer with HPTA dysfunction where my circadian rhythm is off (low in the morning-higher at night). This is one of the only...
  16. BPC157 decreases blood sugar

Something else I wanted to share, BPC157 also has positive effects on metabolism. I’m also taking SR9009 currently but with BPC added in there is a rise in body temperature that is very noticeable.
  17. BPC157 decreases blood sugar

You can say that again haven't seen the healing benefits be permanent however. Hopefully a 2nd round of using BPC will provide more permanent effects.
  18. BPC157 decreases blood sugar

I also eat very clean so have little to no simple sugars in my diet. Mainly high fat, complex carb, high protein. More studies need to be looked at with BPC and it’s effects on blood sugar. Could make for a very interesting drug to treat diabetes in the future.
  19. BPC157 decreases blood sugar

Definitely believe it varies from person to person, I just wasn’t sure if the BPC157 from another research company was legitimate as I believed it to be an IGF peptide which can drop blood sugar quickly. Now I know for a fact BPC157 was the peptide I took from before.
  20. Recent Surgery- Continue or Discontinue BPC/TB Protocol

I'm trying to prevent the bones from fusing. I had cervical disc replacement and the doctor said we don't want the bones to fuse after the procedure. Ibuprofen helps prevent the fusion and promote the healing. Hopefully BPC and TB will only help the ibuprofen and not fuse the bones.
