    Yesterday I was doing straight leg dead lifts with 365 lbs, and I heard a pop under my bottom ribs on my left side. I quit doing the deadlifts and moved onto the next exercise, but today I'm really sore there. It feels almost like side stitches. does anyone know what this is?? thanks

    I don't see how on earth Sust would make you sick within the first day.. Even Propionate takes a few days to have any effect.

    I put BCAA's in my gallon jug of water and sip on it through out my workout "add crystal light or it'll taste like ****" this seems to have helped me

    I put them in my shakes. my reason for doing this is because I always thought that whey protein would fill in most of my protein needs, but BCAA's would fill all the little gaps between what my body needed and what the protein provided.     I know slin causes visceral fat, but doesn't GH lead to organ enlargement? even if it's not immediately noticeable your organs are growing slightly right? I think slin might also effect intestine growth because of the high number of IGF receptors there.
