Assuming you had lots of money + bcaa

If you were filthy rich, would it be beneficial to swap all whey protein with BCAA? Like a BCAA post workout shake?

you could use majority BCAA, and 10g of whey instead.......whey has all 20 aminos, BCAA has 3 of them. you need all 20 for growth.
 
I believe the main purpose of BCAA's is to uptake protein synthesis so you still need protein, I may be wrong but thats atleast what i've heard.
 
I love aminos but when it comes down to it meat is the best option. Spend ur money on meat and if u have money left get beta alanine or l carnitine. I think u r getting plenty of the essentials if u r eating well.
