Cam is testing out flavors now. He had a bad batch of flavoring come in and set things back a couple weeks. My fingers are crossed that we’ll hear about a release date soon!

I’m spacing them out at the moment with 1 pre, 1 later with a meal. But I’ll definitely do some workouts with 2 pre for research purposes...
Based on that, I just picked up a bottle to run with my 2 Stano-Plex.
I'm about a week into my first bottle and have noticed a little bit of acne increase. Pumps at the gym have been phenomenal and my strength has increased a bit. Looking forward to the rest of this run for sure!

Just had one using Strawberry Cheesecake. Surprisingly tasty. No berry taste but the cheesecake flavor gave it a nice sweet finish [emoji513]

Take a coffee mug and spray the sides with some cooking spray or butter. Then it's--
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg whites
Tbs milk or milk substitute
Tbs flour or cake mix
1/4 tsp baking power
Scoop of whatever flavor protein you're craving
Stir all that together in the mug and microwave...
