    Just as many adverse effects to tylenol, aspirin and moltrin. But those are still available. I never had an issue with ephedra, nor had anyone I knew who had used it. I understand that some people had issues with it... but most of those who had issues were using too much at one time, too much...

    Ephedra! Because people decided to use it excessively (20-40 pills at a pop). Instead of the FDA using common sense and saying these events were caused by idiots doing retarded quantities of the Supp, they banned Ephedra.

    Well it seems that a lot of people use ATP if they have a Thyroid issues. It somehow helps with Iodine. Does anyone understand how ATP actually works? I initially thought it helped with muscle endurance/time under tension, but it working via the thyroid has me a little confused

    Not sure if it's just a mental thing or if it's the Anafuse...but My workout yesterday (arm day), was Friggin Epic!!! Had an amazing amount of endurance, well more then normal. If this keeps up as a constant effect from Anafuse... it will be, by far, the best supp I have ever taken. Minds blown...

    Nagging issue/forearm into bicep

    I use the end of a bar (racked on a bench). It hurts like a bitch... but it does help. The bar end rotates too, helping me really squeeze down on the entire area where it hurts. I just got some floss as well. Thanks to all for the advice.
