Tell me about Anafuse

Yep i love it. I've used a lot of natural anabolic products and really like anafuse. It has epicatechin and laxogenin which are two great ingredient for building and trying to stay lean. I usually take two caps 45 minutes pre workout and two more caps 6 hours apart. I'd recommend grabbing two bottles and running back to back and you will get good results.

I'm about to start using it and this sounds like the same advice and info I received from some who have used. Hoping it works as well as I'm expecting. I could use a little more energy to knock out my workout routines.

Not sure if it's just a mental thing or if it's the Anafuse...but My workout yesterday (arm day), was Friggin Epic!!! Had an amazing amount of endurance, well more then normal. If this keeps up as a constant effect from Anafuse... it will be, by far, the best supp I have ever taken. Minds blown at the moment. I'll update after a week of use and see if things stay the same.
 
Well the initial epic feeling must have just been a placebo/mental effect... or just had one of those perfect days that we all strive for. So far I reall uhh haven't noticed all that much, maybe a slight increase in the endurance abilities while lifting. Hoping for bigger and better effects by the end of next week.
 
What day are you on again?
 
Day 15: 2 pills, twice a day, 6 hours apart (second dose is an hour before I hit the gym).
I have noticed a prolonged ability to work sets and reps. Still kind of hit and miss though... yesterday, I killed it (Delts, Abs, Calves)... added a extra set per and did heavier weights then normal without being totally fatigued half way through the workout. Today, I did back and just didn't have the same stamina or weight capabilities (so I was back to feeling normal). Hoping this start getting a little bit more consistent in the next week... cause when this is on... the workout is just at another level!
 
Really appreciate the update. At least it sounds like the product does have some results.

Day 21: This week has been damn good. 5 out of 6 workouts were epic. I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence or not, but I don't seem to get anything from this on Leg days... kinda weird. Leg day today was good, but pretty much a normal day... Pre-exhaust on leg extensions and hamstring curls, then on to Squats (have to use smith machine... do to bad hips... no cartilage left after 8 surgeries). Warm up with 145 for two sets of 15... then pyramid up to a final 4 @ 385, then back down the pyramid. After that, back to Leg extensions for 5 sets of 20 (weights increase each set but are still on the low side {last set at 175})... then on to lying hamstring curls for 6 sets (three sets with both legs, 3 sets each leg individualy), then finish off with seated calf raises (8 sets of 15; 4 sets both legs the 4 sets each leg individualy).
So people think it's too much but it's the only thing that works for my legs. Hoping next leg squat day will be better. Anyways, all in all, this stuff seems to be legit... definitely killing it in the gym (above normal). Loving it

Thanks for the update! How's cardio, weight, recovery, any difference?

Cardio seems to be a little easier going... I do around 15 on the Stairstepper or Eliptical before every workout and every other day I knock out a 45-60 minutes of cardio. Seems to help. Just started seeing better days in the gym, and that may be because my recovery is better.

I do like idea of putting Schisandra in it. Schisandrins (one of main components in Schisandra) is really good stuff. The Schisandra fruit has been used in Asia and Russia many decades. Focus, energy, even calming down, adaptogen ++

Yeah I like the effects from focus effects I get from schizandrol a :)
