    I want to incorporarte more lean red meat in my diet ... Ive heard it helps with strength and energy but i also heard its good post workout? I want to eat it for my leg and back days... Should i eat in morning with breakfast or post workout? ill be eating top sirloin filet btw lol

    Wasup guys, ive been eating oatmeal and whey for breakfeast for months now. I heard whey is best thing to have in morning... Is egg whites and oatmeal just as good? Or should i stick to whey and oats ... Its been working for me but would like to change things up a bit!

    So ive been looking to see what diet works for me and i do like the 40/40/20 diet... I weigh 163 lbs so my macros are protien: 185 Carbs: 185 and Fats: 41 ... Since switchin to this diet i am stronger and dropped 2 lbs in 2 weeks ... My question is should i up more calories since i workout 6...
