So I have the chance to buy this at a very good price but would like to know what others think of the formula and the fact of being in tablet form rather than capsules
I'm planning to give a real shot to this program but thinking to replace the flat bench for the incline since I need to develop the colar bone attached fibers more. Do you guys think it's a good idea or would be overkill to the shoulders?
Looking for some opinions:

I want to use ARA but I'm afraid that can't handle it for 50 days because of some tendon issues. I use cissus daily (about 500-700mg) and that keeps the tendon problems under control.
Can't I take ARA pre-workout (about 12h a.m) and cissus with my bedtime shake?
They used to have good products, altough some were a bit controversial, strong presence on the forums and some experient reps, but they seem to out of business...
