I have been a competitor and now after I have officially stopped, I keep going back to eating like that and it's frustrating..
I've tried iifym and other eating plans, only ending up eating dry food and boring foods...with getting down on myself for eating any type of sugary/ salty junky...
So I'm doing this 60 day challenge and I'm eating a slice of bread pwo.... What the crap does that mean???
Other carbs are oats(meal 1)
Rice(meal 2,3,4)
And veggies (meals 5,6)
Let me take a wild stab, this isn't a bulk??? Or gaining muscle???
And I was always told to drink liquid carbs pwo...
