    Face pulls… great for the posterior deltoids and upper back. Helps keep the shoulders honest. Another one I don’t think that gets enough credit is straight arm pulldowns. Really feel those hitting the lats.

    Their mama works Fri, Sat, Sun. I’m off weekends so we alternate Thursdays and I get them every Fri-Sun and she comes gets them on Monday evenings. Yeah that’s why I’m trying to train before work now instead of weekends. It gives me less on my plate while I have them on the weekends.

    Getting past the fear of going to the gym
