It's a little tender but I can tell it's getting better so I'm happy. Im about to go do Back in a few. I was thinking and on Saturdays we should keep the Squat weight at 405 and move the bar down one each week like you said until we get past 90 degrees and then once we get there up it to 495 and do the same and so on. I think that'll work quickly at adding both mass and strength.
