Left the gym with a great upper body pump today, and was drained….definitely got all I could out of this one. It was a really hot humid day so I went straight to the QT and got a Fairlife 42g protein drink and a cherry Icee. Got home and my wife made Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, collard greens, and salad, and man I’ll just say counting calories went out the window…..it was
