I'm leaning towards doing a 10 week run with a 2 week break. I'm on a potentially mildly suppressive compound at the moment so this would allow me to fire up Myosynergy again just as my 3 month run comes to a close.There's not a lot of data to work with, so yes mostly speculation as far as this goes.
I took MyoSynergy (Elite) first thing and last thing at night - often I dosed BMP with the MyoSynergy as far as "first thing". @dsade may be better able to answer the why if not recommended pre-workout, though if you are training at night, then possibly taking with BMP then would be okay. It does help recovery, found.I am starting bmp and myosynergy, can myo be taken pre workout (I train at night around dinnerish time) or is it better pre bed if so why?

Agreed, but given the long reputation of EvoMuse I'm certainly willing to try it. I saw ok results from BMP, my friend saw fantastic results with it and slintensity. And DCP is from my memory one of the best fat burners out there. So we'll see!Interested to hear back. There isn’t much feedback on it here

Yes, Matt is one of the most brilliant minds in the industry (and out of), if not one of the leading ones, especially in product innovation, development, and advancement. I wish more people knew about his products, because they truly are the best, and would do far better than some of the "mainstream" products out there-it is just getting the word out, no matter how long one has been around. Update: I'm maybe 3 weeks in. So still on the first bottle. I'm not going to lie, this may be one of the best natty products I've used. BMP didn't do much for me. I've run multiple cycles of Anabolic Effect, Anabolic XT, a few diff Epicatechan products, ArA, PA, etc etcInterested to hear back. There isn’t much feedback on it here
TopMuscle is more for muscle gains.Would it be a good idea to choose this over TopMuscle ™ Elite for strength purposes? Of course both would be best but if I had to only choose one, which one would be better?
BMP made you "feel super tired and run down"? Are you sure it was the product and not an effect of training harder (since BMP allows for higher intensity and performance in training), or anything else in conjunction?Giving this a crack soon. You could stack them.
If you were going to go with one product only from this line re strength, I would go with BMP. If you are only giving yourself the option of out of these two products, likely to recommend MyoSynergy Elite, since recovery is important and more muscle does not necessarily mean gains in strength (unless training specifically for that as well).
