Hmm now that's something to keep an eye on. I'm going to order some more Basis. I liked it for last month I ran it. Something else I've dialed in to being Basis impact - at 64 I notice morning wood lol and I noticed it a lot last month on Basis. Off it now and notice that it's again rare...
I just ran that for two months alongside Reduce XT and Lean Edge. Lost 9 lbs and trimmed about 1 1/2" off my waist. 500 cal deficit with 200 g protein or more a day. One cheat day per week.
Good advice! I'll add that when mine got high I also felt it. Foggy thinking, high BP, reddening in chest and face , overall lethargy. If you start feeling any of that is get it retested ASAP.
I've been wrapping with a stretch wrap around it. Helps some. I did a back / bicep day yesterday and did fairly well. I did drop weights a bit and up reps. I'll check out that brace, thanks!
You need a new doctor as yours is somewhere between stupid and negligent. It seems he only chose to address one small symptom that can accompany low T. That said if you are feeling alpah and horny all the time there's a good chance your T is just fine. Get blood work.
It's just sore. I can freely bend my arm. The soreness though is making me reduce any weight for most lifts. KPV seems interesting too. A cocktail of all 3 may be in order! I am making so much progress now my brain won't let me take time off. I know I probably should.
Has reared it's ugly head again. I'm 64 and pushing hard to add to my lifts weekly. Even when I was young and ripped I struggled with it from time to time. Anyone here had issues with it and have advice? Thinking about getting a cortisone shot in it but also wondering if BP157 / TB500 could...
I am sorry you are going through this. I hope you get the help you need and a solution. I'll pray for you. Was there negligence on the part of the addict doctor who did your band?
