Bloodwork

I have been debating hoping on. I want to get my bloodwork done first. My question is are online clinics reliable? Or should i go to my pcp for it? Also any info or advice about getting started is greatly appreciated

TRT first i want to try one thing at a time. Then go from there with other compunds. Im 31 years old i literally felt a drop in my energy drive and libido last year. I have changed a lot of my lifestyle to try and help naturally. My energy has been better since making sure my sleep stress and diet is good. The other symptoms tho have stayed. I figured getting my hormones checked would be a great first step. My goal is to become a bodybuilder. if thats not possible due to age and starting time. I atleast want to get big.

I'd see your PCP for blood work. Drop in energy can be many things only one of which is low test. Frankly barring injury or previous cycles you are pretty young to need TRT. In my opinion social media has pushed TRT to a,mass amount of folks who just assume they need it and are often too young. That said it's always possible yours tanked early. Blood work is the start for sure. Do you have your diet and training dialed in to "get big"?

I agree 100% thats why i came here to talk about it. I do have everything dailed in. I count macros and calories and get clean. I get gains but they have slowed down.

Don't let age stop you. There's bros on here in their 50s, me included, that hit it hard everyday and look good in an under armour tee. You still have quite a few years where natural gains are possible. I ain't got nothing against guys doing gear, in fact I'd say if you are going to, do it while younger while you're body can tolerate the stress better. if you don't have 5 solid years in natural training though I'd say wait until you do. Either way you won't get Derek Lunsford big but you can still gain some decent size and even compete... just not in the Olympia. FWIW I know a guy who is 58 and competes, he started at 50. But as others stated PCP is the best place to start when you have symptoms
