Really good day today with my workout and diet. Tomorrow is going to be a tough one with the 18-20 hour fast. I’m waking up and surfing for 6:30am and plan on being out there for a solid 2 hours. Going to be keeping the carbs super low tomorrow going to attempt to keep it...
