Definitely agree with suncloud that compound movements are the way to put on mass and stay athletic. Our strength coach in high school was a beast. The week after we maxed out, we'd do the following rep scheme for bench/squat after school:
Week 1: 6 sets of 10
Week 2: 8 sets of 10
Week 3: 10...

not sure about moving the thread, but i'd definitely take a look at havoc/epi. just got off a 4-week cycle of it and gained 20 pounds. (195 - 215). Low sides except the worst lower back pumps ever. been off it for 3 weeks and haven't lost a pound.

sorry about the girl trouble. nice log you had going...wish i woulda been following it while you were still on cycle. i am just finishing up my first run with havoc and have put on 15 pounds in four weeks (went from 195-210). definitely feel you with the lower back pumps though...
