    You could try bands instead of barbells. Easy to get the work in at a much higher safety net for injury. Legs are hard with bands though. The GoFit set on Amazon is a good start.     Really good success with Sermorelin and Ipamorelin both. Mostly in joint pain and recovery a little hypertrophy added. I am 51 and have an autoimmune condition that creates hair trigger tendinitis and both peptides have alleviated most of that.
