Have run my own version of Wahwd Up Meathead/Bult Like A Badass for over a year and don’t see myself changing. Currently running Pull centric Monday with Inverted Rows and OHP supersetted with heavy bent over single arm rows as the mains with lateral raises, curls and push downs to finish. Wednesday is either Squats or Trap bar DL working up to a heavy 8 reps and then either KB swings or RDLs and Bulg splits squats. Friday is push centric with chest press supersetted with pull-ups (neutral grip) as mains and same accessorials as Monday to finish. Have tried to add another leg day multiple times but run stadium stairs with wife on Saturdays and that is a defacto second leg day. As a 51 year old the frequency is recoverable and gains steady, but you have to have the mindset on Wednesday to crush legs since that’s all the barbell work for the week. If any older guys are looking for a decent template highly recommend
