Anabolic XT has been inferior in my review against Anabolic Effect in almost every measurable. I know some find more benefit in one versus the other but my personal experience is XT feels like I have lost my gains I made on Effect. Less pumps, less recovery, more soreness, less gains. Also has been a libido crasher for me. 100% do not recommend. Inquired about returning the unused bottle and DPS offers only in store credit no refund
I reordered Effect so a stack is possible. I sincerely believe the XT has flared something with my Autoimmune condition. Unsure what ingredient that could be but **** is hurting all over. Pausing the XT until symptoms subside. Note I am not claiming or slandering XT just my own anecdotal findings
Anabolic XT and Anabolic Effect is my favorite stack if only stacking 2 natural anabolics.
It would be hard for me to pick one over the other because I like both better in their own way. If I hypothetically had to pick only one to ever be able to use again, it would be Anabolic XT because for me personally, I feel better on it and the improved motivation is a huge benefit.
Different people respond differently to different things, but your feedback is definitely out of the norm.
As someone with an autoimmune condition myself, I unfortunately know that they can flare up sometimes without any apparent reason and I couldn't accurately review anything or know how anything affects me when I'm having a flareup or leading up to one. Most of the time, I can tell when one is coming on, but sometimes I don't catch it and I'll look back on it and be like - ah, that's why I was feeling like crap.
People can respond differently to different things, but its doubtful that any supplement will make a person actually lose gains that they make off of something else, especially if that something else is non-hormonal. We may definitely notice more gains on one or the other, and one may like one better and another the other, but I don't think that either will actually make us lose gains from the other.
Which is where my thought circles back to autoimmune conditions because you mentioned that you have worse recovery and more soreness and those are symptoms of autoimmune flareups. Libido loss can be too. I know for me personally when mine flares up, I have zero libido and I hurt everywhere.
The condition that you've mentioned having, the common symptoms of a flareup can include fatigue, flu-like symptoms, connective tissue pain, weakness, etc.
With any autoimmune condition, sometimes flareups happen for no known reason, and with Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), they can be triggered by physical &/or emotional stress, overexertion, other illnesses, medication changes or medication stopping working, excessive tiredness, etc.
My condition isn't AS, but has a lot of similarities to AS and a lot of similarities to Lupus.
It's of course possible that you just don't respond well to it like others do, but its also possible that your body, like mine, sometimes just does what it does with the autoimmune conditions.
