How long have you been using protein supplements? Over the last 2 years. i have used a few of optimiun nutrition and *** brand mass gainers as well as whey and casein products.

Weight 200lbs butt naked.
The weight may seem low but I perform my lifts slowly and very controlled
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets (plus warmups)
set 1-3: 10x185
set 4: 8x205 (failed on last rep)
Skull Crushers: 3 sets...

I plan to start it up Monday, but maybe Saturday.
Before I do I need to ask. Should I be running cycle support with this? Or will my augmentor and PCT be enough?
