I'm new to the forum and new to PHs as well so any advice would be appreciated. I decided to go with AMS because I was told that the sides are low and it is fairly easy to to take. I ordered it a few days ago so it should be here any day now and I will probably start it on monday.
Typically I lift for about 12 to 15 sets per workout, followed by 20-30 minutes of HIIT unless I am working abs on that day then I might do as many as 18 sets no cardio. Should I increase my sets/number of exercises while doing this cycle?
I have read some threads that say the recommended dose isn't enough to get good results, others say it is. For a first timer should I stick to the dose on the label?
Sorry if all of these questions have been addressed before am just tired to digging through forums and ready to go hit the weights!.
