I read of the tolerance, but never experienced it... Of course, I was sensitive to DMAA, too. I would use that for months, consistently, and never have to increase the dose to feel the effects. Two scoops is the tits, though... I'm still astonished that I can take in 400mg of caffeine at one...

I've noticed the same in my time taking both... Two scoops of PreAMP is around 400mg of caffeine, but it feels like 300. Dampens the effects just enough to take the edge off because 400 is where I'll start clenching my teeth and getting a little jittery.

No fault of yours... Caffeine's affectation for GLUT4 hasn't been proven in humans yet, if I'm not mistaken. So, it's easy to discount or overlook. :D

A lower dose in the day time is worthwhile for me in terms of supplementing my normal stim intake, but a larger dose before bed can settle me in... Just one of those dose-dependent types of ingredients.

GLUT4 induction by the banaba + caffeine (in rats) increases GLUT4 activity... Possibly increasing speed of transport. Also, because I believe that AMP affects/dampens the caffeine a bit, there's slightly less AMP in a serving of Hybrilean compared with PreAMP.

Thanks, man... Think I fixed it. Worth a shot. It didn't correct my sleep apnea, though I still use it for cholesterol modulation (helped to lower my LDL by 22 points), and cardiovascular and immune system support. Relatively inexpensive, too; just be sure to seek out the highest gypenoside...
