I'd be curious to see how much of a difference there would be, between bodybuilders and untrained individuals, on an exercise like this. I think it's easy with pullovers to allow the last and triceps to take over. You really have to focus on your chest for that mind muscle connection.

1- hanging leg raises
2- pull down crunches
3- v-ups

If you are training legs the right way, then 1 or 2 lower body training days per week is more than enough. Personally I don't feel fully recovered after leg day until about 5 days later.
