Y body weight was 69.5 kg with 16.8% body fat but now it's 68 with 18.1 % , don't know what this happening , I wana drop to 12% but my weight is going down but not body fat. Inspire of proper workout and diet
I am going to gym from last 2 years , bulked first but then lost 10 kg but unfortunate I lost muscle mass bcoz of very calories and carbs , I am thinking to drop body fat to 12% then try 10 sets of 10 reps to bulk up again
Do strength training and cardio on alternative days mon to sat, sun off, eat oats or muesli in the morning and thn lean protein after every three hours and have calories under or around 2000 calories, eat lots of veggies
