    Two days ago I took a day off after 6 days. Yesterday 315 felt somewhat heavy with squats so I dod a low volune, quad focused day. Today I hit upper body and progressed with intensity on bench and pull ups.

    Rear foot raised split squat.. though when my psoas is tight all I need to do is a tiny partial lunge with a neutral pelvis angle and i can feel stretch. It does not take much, do not force it.
