Just a little update. Been hitting the gym average of 4x a week for about 45 minutes of intense workout. Been eating as much as I can. Feeling good. Weight is at 168lbs. Thanks for all the advice and help from everyone. Very much appreciated!!! Goal is 175-180lbd
I was kinda thinking that too, the dude is pretty big and I’ve seen other people on TRT and not be anywhere close to his size. I’m going to call my primary doctor and see about getting some bloodwork done to check my levels. Thanks bro!
