    Ive been using CEL Apha One for over 2 weeks, it's definitely affecting my #2s. A few hours after dosing I have the squirts, and I must have a bathroom close by. I didn't take while on vacation in the mountains, I didn't want the predictable effects, and I did not experience the GI issues...
