    Well, it does raise my heart rate and temp too. That's how you know it's working. I don't get too bothered by the increase in temp, but high heartrate (at 50mcg T3 I have around 65-73bpm, whilst my normal is 50 to 53bpm) is uncomfortable when you're trying to sleep.

    Why not use T3? Very effective, generally safe, given that you're working out and watching your diet, and depending on where you live, it can be cheap af and easy to obtain
