i did it doing sets of 3 at 365 on normal bench on my 3rd set. i tore the tendon from the bone. two weeks after surgery today and im feeling alot better. i can actually move around without pain and sleep is coming easier. doc said im doing good and avoided infection now its just a waiting game...
any one experience this before? I already had it reattached last week and life sucks right now. just wondering if theres any tips and insight on the healing process, and if my bench career is over.
its defiantly my diet, but lifting weights for over an hour in half a day made it to where i have NO desire to do cardio, thats why im making this change to one body part a day instead of doing two a day, so with that extra time ill hit the the cardio and not more weights
Lol im used to working out each body part twice a week. So moving to once a week will be a big change. As far as what excercises ill do. They will all be basic like chest ill do bench. Dbincline. Decline. Wide pushups. Flys.
My main concerne is that can i still get gains going one body part...
im carring too much body fat, and just straight up sick of it so i changed my diet and im going to start doing cardio alot more. i was thinking about doing this work out split but ive never done one like it. so looking for feedback on this split.
monday, chest; go as hard on chest as i can for...
so i try to eat 4 clean meals a day. how many of those meals per week do you think could be cheat meals. say burger and fries or pizza. and not hurt the overall weight loss and training too much?
one day? or like 6 to 8 out of the 28 total meals? or do you think even less than that.
