any one experience this before? I already had it reattached last week and life sucks right now. just wondering if theres any tips and insight on the healing process, and if my bench career is over.
I never have but interested to know more. How did you do it, have the docs given you a time frame before you can start lifting again. Also all the best with your recovery man!

A bodybuilder friend had this happen to him. He was diagnosed with an infection. Doctor gave him antibiotics and one of the sides was tendon and support ligament deterioration. He didn't pay enough attention to the drug side effects warnings. At 330 lb bench he felt a "pop". That was it. Surgery.
It took a good 8 months after surgery to heal but he is back at it. His age was 32 at the time.
