While scrolling through Indiegogo I found a new fitness device called WristSpotter that appears to bypass the wrist joint while doing any press exercises. I can't max anymore because my wrists scream at me after heavy benching, figured I would share it to hear your guys' thoughts!

One thing you might want to be conscience of is your hand positioning as well. If you have your hands closer together, it will hit your tricep, wide grip = chest. Hope that helps!
-Drop the soda completely - it's a lot easier to do if you do some research on what it does to your insides (dark sodas are the worst)
-15-30 minutes - cardio of choice (running, elyptical, etc.)
-15-30 minutes of sauna
-eat fruits and vegetables in all of your meals
-1 gallon of water per day...
Starting early, good for you! I would recommend talking to one of the PE teachers and seeing if they will let you into the gym to workout and have them teach you about the equipment and different exercises. Good luck!
Congrats on the success man! I would start you on a weighted abs routine. Abs are just like any other muscle, high reps/low weight = endurance and toning, heavy weight/low reps = strength and growth. You're almost there, keep going!
He's right with saying you shouldn't worry too much about it, but i recommend drinking a protein shake 2 hours or so before your sesssions. Hopefully a shake with a bit of carbs for energy. Good luck!
Sorry to hear about the HIV. Find a good arm/upper body workout program (you can find plenty on this site, bb.com, menshealth, etc.). Just google it and find one you are comfortable with; or check out each programs reviews to find out the top rated.
For the beer intake, I say drink a gallon...
